Seniors Real Estate Specialist
As a part of the National Association of REALTORS® family of designations, the SRES® designation is conferred to REALTORS® who complete in-depth training in a wide variety of topics related to homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50, including:
- Senior housing options—from active adult communities to aging in place
- Reverse mortgages
- Downsizing and rightsizing
- Using pensions, 401(k) accounts, and IRAs in real estate transactions
Margaret Bzdewka has the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® certifiaction from the SRES® Council of the National Association of REALTORS®. She is part of the more than 15,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the SRES® designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers ages 55 and older.
